• These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the website and to all event participants.

• By booking or attending an event, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms.

2. Services Offered

• The Sishood organises women-only events in Malta, such as creative workshops, brunches, seasonal gatherings, and lifestyle activities.

• Details (date, time, location, price) are provided on the event page and in your confirmation email.

3. Booking & Payment

• Event bookings are made directly through our website and processed securely via Stripe.

• Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your place.

• Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

• Cancellations up to 7 days before the event: full refund.

• Cancellations between 7 days and 48 hours before the event: 50% refund.

• Cancellations less than 48 hours before the event or no-shows: non-refundable.

• If The Sishood cancels or postpones an event, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their ticket to another event.

5. Code of Conduct

• The Sishood is a safe space built on respect, kindness, and inclusion.

• Disrespectful or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in removal from an event without refund.

• By attending an event, you agree to respect the privacy and comfort of all participants.

6. Liability

• The Sishood will take all reasonable measures to ensure events run smoothly and safely.

• However, participation is at your own risk. We are not liable for personal injury, loss or damage to property incurred during events.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content on this website (texts, images, branding, logo) is the intellectual property of The Sishood.

• You may not reproduce, copy, or use any material without prior written consent.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

• We respect your privacy and handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• By booking an event or signing up to our newsletter, you consent to the processing of your personal data as outlined.

9. Applicable Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malta.

• Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the Maltese courts.
