Refund & Cancellation Policy

As The Sishood is a fictional project, no real payments or bookings are processed.

In a real-world version of this project, ticket sales for events would be non-refundable unless otherwise stated per event.

For real events, cancellations would need to be made 48 hours in advance for a possible credit toward a future event.

At The Sishood, we understand that plans can change. Below is our policy regarding refunds and cancellations for events and experiences.

1. Ticket Refunds

  • Refunds are available up to 72 hours before the event start time.
    If you need to cancel your booking, please email us at  contact@sishood.club with your order number and full name.

  • No refunds will be issued within 48 hours of the event.
    This is due to limited capacity and pre-arranged costs associated with each event.

  • If you are unable to attend but notify us at least 24 hours in advance, we may be able to offer a credit toward a future event (subject to availability).

2. No-shows

  • If you do not attend the event and did not notify us in advance, your ticket will not be refunded or credited.

3. Event Cancellation by The Sishood

  • If an event is cancelled by The Sishood due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. weather, venue issues, minimum attendance not met), all registered attendees will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their ticket to a future event.

4. Ticket Transfers

  • Tickets are non-transferable to another person without prior written approval. Please contact us if you wish to transfer your spot.

5. Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
