Refund & Cancellation Policy
As The Sishood is a fictional project, no real payments or bookings are processed.
In a real-world version of this project, ticket sales for events would be non-refundable unless otherwise stated per event.
For real events, cancellations would need to be made 48 hours in advance for a possible credit toward a future event.

At The Sishood, we understand that plans can change. Below is our policy regarding refunds and cancellations for events and experiences.
1. Ticket Refunds
Refunds are available up to 72 hours before the event start time.
If you need to cancel your booking, please email us at contact@sishood.club with your order number and full name.No refunds will be issued within 48 hours of the event.
This is due to limited capacity and pre-arranged costs associated with each event.If you are unable to attend but notify us at least 24 hours in advance, we may be able to offer a credit toward a future event (subject to availability).
2. No-shows
If you do not attend the event and did not notify us in advance, your ticket will not be refunded or credited.
3. Event Cancellation by The Sishood
If an event is cancelled by The Sishood due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. weather, venue issues, minimum attendance not met), all registered attendees will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their ticket to a future event.
4. Ticket Transfers
Tickets are non-transferable to another person without prior written approval. Please contact us if you wish to transfer your spot.
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
