At The Sishood, we keep our events intimate and curated, which means spaces are limited. We kindly ask you to read our cancellation and refund policy before booking your spot.

Cancellations by Participants

• Cancellations made up to 7 days before the event: full refund.
• Cancellations made between 7 days and 48 hours before the event: 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event or no-shows: non-refundable.

Cancellations by The Sishood

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or postpone an event, you will be offered either:

• a full refund, or
• the option to transfer your ticket to a future event.

Refund Process

Refunds are processed via the original method of payment (Stripe) within 7–10 business days.
